Her Honour the Hon. Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, will recognize Accession Day and the start of The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee by participating in a virtual flag raising in partnership with the Monarchist League of Canada and by participating in the Cathedral Church of St. James Accession Evensong service in Toronto.
Beginning on February 6, 2022, Canadians will join other commonwealth countries in celebrating Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, recognizing 70 years of her dedicated service.
