Media advisory: Lieutenant Governor to make an Official Visit to the Municipality of Kincardine

January 12, 2018. Her Honour the Hon. Elizabeth Dowdeswell, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, will make an official visit to the Municipality of Kincardine on Tuesday, January 16, where she will speak with students at the Kincardine Davidson Centre, participate in the opening of the local Ontario 150 Trail, and meet with Her Worship, Mayor Anne Eadie. The visit will focus on United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 15: Life on Land. This will be Her Honour’s 55th official civic visit during her term.

Tuesday, January 16, 2018

10:30 a.m. – Meet with students at the Kincardine Davidson Centre
11:30 a.m. – Opening of Canada 150 Trail at Stoney Island Conservation Area
12:30 p.m. – Buffet lunch with community representatives at Kincardine Municipal
Administration Centre
1:30 p.m. – Meet with Mayor of Kincardine at Kincardine Municipal Administration Centre
